The QBO Web - Traffic to Start team is chartered to transform QuickBooks.com into an AI-powered expert platform, positioning the brand for future growth. As a Principal Product Manager on this team,

you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the QuickBooks web platform with a focus on personalization, pricing, and commercialization innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial innovation strategies**, transforming QuickBooks from siloed product offerings to a connected platform experience with ecosystem solutions tailored to audience type, industry, and business stage
  • Develop and execute pricing and lineup strategies that modularize app features and leverage AI to recommend pricing plans and discount strategies, optimized for various business models
  • Own the pricing page app widget, ensuring it is self-serve, configurable, and composable for testing different pricing and lineup strategies in real time
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that web components and pricing models are seamlessly integrated and support business objectives

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering world-class web platforms as a Product Manager, with a focus on AI, personalization, and platform-centric experiences
  • Proven experience in managing large, cross-functional projects in a matrix leadership role across the entire product lifecycle, with a strong outcome-oriented mindset
  • Expertise in developing app pricing and lineup strategies and modularizing app features for new commercialization models
  • Strong understanding of billing and subscription services and experience in applying AI models for pricing and discount recommendations
  • Demonstrated success in leading commercial innovation initiatives that empower go-to-market (GTM) teams to deliver tailored ecosystem solutions with AI-driven support
  • Expertise in AI/ML personalization and a deep understanding of machine learning orchestration systems to drive user engagement
  • Experience with design systems and web patterns, ensuring highly configurable, personalized website experiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while driving clear business outcomes
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Business, or a related discipline; MBA or MS preferred but not required

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $226,500 - 307,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
