Come join the QuickBooks Mid-Market Marketing Team as a Staff Product Marketer. Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is committed to creating solutions to meet the needs and improving the chances of success for businesses ranging from solopreneurs to mid-market. We do this with an online ecosystem of business solutions across accounting, payroll, time tracking, payments, bill pay, lending, and more.

Part of the U.S. Marketing team for GBSG, the Mid-Market Marketing Team is seeking a highly motivated product marketing professional who is excited to make an impact through one of Intuit’s 5 Big Bets: Disrupt the Mid-Market.

The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker with experience translating market, product, and customer insights into compelling product and marketing go-to-market execution.

The role will focus on refining and executing strategies to meet the needs of our priority industry verticals. You will partner across product marketing, product management, and sales to develop the business strategy and GTM execution. You’ll be challenged to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and solidify new ways of working in service of this goal.

Responsibilities

  • Analytically-minded, with the ability to develop clear hypotheses and collaborate cross-functionally with other product management, product marketing teams, channel marketing, sales, finance, analytics, and product to test and iterate our way into how we solution-sell our platform across all channels, providing the customer insights and positioning to drive demand.
  • Leverage consumer (qual and quant), competitive, and industry insights to uncover opportunities that can help further differentiate our suite of product offerings.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $190,000-257,000.00. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years professional experience in strategy consulting highly preferred, 7 to 10 years overall professional experience.
  • Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results.
  • Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with experienced judgment.
