Job Overview

The Sales Enablement Platforms and Operations Manager 2 plays a critical role in empowering our sales organization with the tools, processes, and content they need to succeed. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing sales enablement platforms, streamlining operations, analyzing data to measure program impact, curating sales content, and facilitating training for sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales enablement, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results.

Responsibilities

Technology Strategy and Implementation:

  • Define and lead the strategic direction for sales enablement technology
  • Identify and integrate key tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, and other platforms to drive efficiency and support sales success while ensuring alignment with Intuit’s business goals

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Partner with sales leadership to assess and improve sales processes
  • Proactively identify gaps and provide technology-driven solutions to improve productivity and effectiveness

People Leadership:

  • Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability
  • Lead by example, living Intuit’s values and inspiring others to do the same

Tool Management and Integration:

  • Oversee the integration and ongoing management of sales enablement tools, ensuring they align with the needs of the sales team
  • Work closely with Sales Operations, platform teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience

Training and Enablement:

  • Design and deliver training programs that empower the sales team to effectively use technology solutions

Data and Analytics:

  • Leverage data insights to evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement tools
  • Track KPIs, measure ROI, and report on technology impacts to drive improvements, supporting Intuit’s commitment to being data-driven

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as a central communication point between sales, marketing, product, IT, and operations, ensuring alignment and collaboration
  • Collect and act on stakeholder feedback to continuously improve technology solutions

Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives to drive the successful adoption of new sales technologies
  • Create engagement and communication strategies that encourage open feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, technology management, or a similar role, with a focus on sales processes and technologies
  • Proven experience in people leadership, mentoring, and team development
  • Hands-on experience with key sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, and CRM/enablement platforms
  • Strong track record in leading cross-functional projects, driving results, and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and onboarding processes for sales teams
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $158,500 - 214,500, Southern California $144,500 - 196,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
