Job Overview
Come join the Intuit PDX organization as a Sr. Business Operations Analyst. Intuit Financial Data Exchange (IDX) partners with financial institutions and other data providers to deliver high quality connectivity solutions for our customers in Intuit products. We work in an exciting, fast-moving environment supporting industry-leading integrations. As part of the Provider Integrations Business Operations Team in IDX, you will be a lead contributor to effective and quality change control.
Responsibilities
● Design, planning and execution of simple to complex configuration changes
● Write requirements and plan/execute User Acceptance Testing as key contributor to generate platform improvements for configuration management systems.
● Develop recommendations to shape organizational strategy, enhance operating systems, build business processes and improve business efficiency.
● Identifies, recommends and drives continuous improvement.
● Drive domain specific discussions and communicate with experts to resolve issues.
● Measure, monitor and report ongoing business metrics.
● Recommend and lead development of new processes and capabilities to support operational needs.
● Resolve high-priority strategic problems (e.g. business growth strategy, change management, organizational redesign and ad-hoc strategic initiatives). Includes framing strategic questions, designing experimentation, leading data analysis, drawing conclusions/solutions, preparing presentations and advocating with stakeholders.
● Leverage AI to Implement efficiency gains and create self-service tools
● Exhibits extreme ownership to drive change effort. Engages with identified stakeholders and is attentive to their needs, expectations and responses. Able to communicate a clear case for change, in order to influence stakeholders to take actions.
● Understand impacts of key changes, help develop a clear change management plan and actively participate in execution of the plan.
Qualifications
● BS in Computer Science or related field
● 4+ years experience with data analysis and/or data integration support
● Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying transactional systems
● Proficiency with data query/log analysis tools (Splunk, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
● Familiarity with web services, including RESTful APIs, and network connectivity a plus
● Fluency in change management/change control best practices; ITIL certification a plus
● Establishes trusted relationships and generates broad support during change
● Exhibits extreme ownership and galvanizes stakeholders to move towards the same goal
● Excellent attention to detail and results oriented with a track record demonstrating strong problem solving and analytical skills
● Ability to work independently and prioritize efforts and deliverables as a strong team contributor
● Gathers and reviews internal and external information to quickly ramp up in new domains, and able to apply learnings to problem solving independently
● Able to frame strategic questions, run experiments, conduct error-free analysis and identify solutions independently. Develops recommendations and conveys to others with well structured arguments
● Expert level skills in documenting and articulating complicated technical topics.
● Quickly ramps up to build expertise in new areas and uses a structured approach to solve complex customer problems and business challenges
