Job Overview

Are you an innovative problem solver with a knack for strategic thinking? Come join Intuit's Analytics, AI, and Data (A2D) organization as a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager, Strategic Planning and Prioritization Management. We are on a mission to power prosperity for our customers.

In this instrumental role, you will lead our annual and in-year planning for the A2D organization and Big Bet 1. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional leads, ensuring that our most important priorities are articulated through the annual planning process, and throughout the year, that trade-offs are thoughtfully managed, decisions are well-documented, and communications are effectively cascaded throughout the organization and company-wide. Your strategic insight will guide us in closely connecting planning activities to the management and operationalization of our one list of priorities to achieve the most impactful customer, business, and technical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic planning system to align organizational initiatives with the aligned set of A2D and BB1 priorities.
  • Lead the annual planning process for A2D and BB1, partnering with our Intuit-wide business operations team as well as Tech Ecosystem leadership to ensure alignment with senior leadership up to the CTO.
  • Establish and manage a robust prioritization process, collaborating with VPs+ leaders to make informed trade-offs, ensure alignment across teams, decisions are documented and cascaded.
  • Partner with our extended program management team to include headcount management as well as customer and business impact established with our prioritization list.
  • Develop and manage operational cadences for in-year planning, ensuring prioritization requests and requirements are addressed, including the use of Intuit-wide standard tooling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of initiatives. Work through resistance or setbacks independently and ensure alignment across orgs.

Qualifications

  • Strong program management leadership experience, including 5+ years planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes at all levels of the organization. Strong leadership experience in strategic planning and prioritization.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills with a proven ability to achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about driving results through effective collaboration and teamwork, with strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and align diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategic decisions and priorities.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $187500-254000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
