Job Overview

Come join the Analytics, AI, and Data (A2D) organization as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business, and power prosperity around the world for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with finance and HR teams to manage financial investment reviews and executive communication aligned with financial management processes for A2D.  This includes partnering closely across the immediate team of program managers to align on headcount, hiring, and annual and in-year planning as well as across cross-functional leadership across the entire organization.  This role will be responsible for establishing a program and strategy to connect how we’re operating as an organization with key priorities across the engineering, data science teams to the goals aligned through financial reviews. You will also partner with our operations, engineering leaders and finance teams to manage ad hoc requests such as funding decisions as priorities are newly identified or as they shift.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic program with our finance partners to manage financial investment processes across A2D, including investment reviews, GenAI forecasts, and ad hoc funding requests.
  • Drive executive communication strategies, providing clear, concise updates on financial insights and priorities by working closely with our finance partners and operations leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with program managers to synchronize efforts on headcount, hiring, and both annual and in-year planning.
  • Establish an operating cadence with finance partners to proactively address finance requests and requirements; proactively identify risks and opportunities and drive mitigation plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication and alignment on financial strategies.
  • Generate reports and presentations that provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Adapt strategies and processes to accommodate newly identified or shifting priorities, ensuring agility in financial decision-making.
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, work well with others when conflicts arise: see opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation

Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 10+ years of planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in managing headcount, budget planning, and forecasting.
  • Strong program management and leadership experience, with ability to influence at all levels
  • Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Passionate about driving results through effective collaboration and teamwork.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $187500-254000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
