Job Overview
Come join the Quickbooks Paid Media Marketing Analytics team as a Staff Business Data Analyst. You will be joining a team that is responsible for driving marketing decisions through data-backed insights, bringing new customers to the Quickbooks via paid marketing channels. As a paid media marketing analyst, you will drive a deeper understanding of channel performance, and help identify areas of business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive opportunity identification and sizing in acquisition channels, and unlock critical efforts to drive new customer acquisition growth
- Work closely with capabilities team to measure marketing performance through attribution, A/B tests, geo experiments, and incrementality models
- Lead the construction of channel reporting and data narratives to senior leaders to influence and power strategic marketing decisions including (1) build DM analytics foundation from ground up, including creating datasets and Tableau dashboards to provide insights and unblock testing opportunities; (2) own and improve the core set of Tableau dashboards for Mobile channel to unlock speed of insights
- Perform deep-dive strategic analysis to shape business strategy
- Facilitate insight generation from KPIs, conduct trend decomposition analysis and drilling down to identify underlying drivers
- Build relationships and provide analytical guidance to business stakeholders and leaders
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics experience in paid media
- Experienced in advanced statistical analysis, A/B test design, Geo experiment, and marketing attribution
- Practical experience constructing data pipelines and ETL utilizing SQL and Python, as well as manipulating and analyzing large complex datasets (e.g. clickstream data)
- Deep understanding of AI/ML models in marketing attribution such as MMM, strong expertise in A/B test and geo experiments.
- Strong data storytelling skills, with a proven ability to rapidly construct impactful visualization, communicate insights and influence marketing leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience, advanced degree preferred
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $$161,500 - 219,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
