Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Product Manager to join our CyberCRAFT Product Management organization, focusing on Application Security. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution for our application security solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative products that protect our customers and employees from evolving security threats. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Group Product Manager, Enterprise Security & Compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for application security, aligning with our business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to bring products to market, from ideation to launch.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionality.
  • Monitor and measure product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about emerging security threats, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Advocate for security best practices and promote a strong security culture within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Customer-centric: Passion for understanding and solving customer problems.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on security products.
  • Deep understanding of application security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex security concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful security products.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; MBA preferred.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $172500 - $233000, Colorado $151500 - $204500, Bay Area California $177000-239500, Southern California $161500-218500, Washington $159000 - $215000, Washington D.C. $151500 - $204500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
