Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

The Intuit Fintech team is seeking a product leader to develop and deliver on our strategy to build an Embedded Lending Platform. We are looking for a leader who has the drive, curiosity and technical experience to move fast, execute and iterate.

Embedded lending is an enticing market opportunity. The US’ digital lending market currently originates around $0.5T in capital, and is likely to rise to >$1T in capital by 2030. As businesses further adjust to fintech solutions, more of these loan originations will happen on the sites of ISVs and vertical SaaS companies rather than banks. In addition to this compelling market, current end-to-end embedded lending solutions are rigid and limited, presenting an opportunity for Intuit to create a flexible, comprehensive, and frictionless Lending-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform.

As a Staff Product Manager leading the Embedded Lending charter, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a 0 to 1 platform. This role is central to growing our lending business through external integrations and partnerships with third-party platforms, ISVs, and marketplaces.

Your work will directly empower our customers to manage their finances with greater ease, confidence, and security and create prosperity for their lives. Our mission is to find new ways to make those customers’ lives easier by providing seamless, secure, and intuitive money solutions. We are a highly customer-centric organization committed to doing the best work of our lives on their behalf.

Responsibilities

Lead the embedded Lending charter

  • Own the product vision and strategy for expanding Intuit’s lending capabilities beyond QuickBooks and embed lending in 3P/ISVs like Amazon. Align the team, executives, and stakeholders around a bold vision and product strategy for Embedded Lending.

Build Platform Capabilities

  • Shape and drive a platform that can support lending experiences across multiple business lines, with a focus on scale, performance, and developer usability. Partner with engineering to deliver scalable and flexible capabilities.

Champion the Customer and Developer Experience

  • Develop deep customer empathy and customer-backed solutions through immersing in customer research. Deeply understand the end-to-end journey for small businesses seeking capital. Optimize user flows, build seamless API-driven integrations, and ensure third-party developers can easily embed our offerings.

Collaborate Across Teams and Partners

  • Work closely with product, engineering, business development, marketing, design, and risk teams to craft experiences that balance customer delight with risk and compliance needs. Exhibit strong cross-functional partnership that demonstrates a high bar for collaboration and one team mindset

Translate Vision into Execution

  • Define product roadmaps, write PR-FAQs, and break bold ideas into deliverable, iterative milestones. Use data to track performance and continuously refine our strategy. Lead the product prioritization and development process, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market positioning, and long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience delivering world class fintech product experiences; deep experience with lending and/or embedded finance is critical.
  • Track record of successfully launching and scaling new products. Demonstrated ability to establish and evangelize a compelling product vision and strategy. Creative, strategic, and innovative, with a history of executing and delivering results
  • Platform mindset and technical fluency — capable of thinking about APIs, data flows, and scalable architecture. Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex integrations is a must.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written — you’re a persuasive storyteller, a strong cross-functional leader, and confident in presenting to external partners and executives.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate datastreams and distill them into meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and integrating them into product features for enhanced customer experiences is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or MS a plus.
