Staff Product Manager: Vendor and Bill Management

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Staff Product Manager to head the Vendor & Bill Management section for our product, QuickBooks Online. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product direction for more than 7 million small businesses -- defining the roadmap and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Owning the overall product strategy for Vendor & Bill Management, forecasting trends, and staying ahead of market demands.
- Setting and communicating product goals and initiatives to all stakeholders while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize our product.
- Understanding customer needs and market trends thoroughly through thorough research, and translating them into feasible product features.
- Establishing and managing the roadmap for your product, defining the “why”, “what,” and “when” of what your team will build.
- Collaborating with engineers and other business stakeholders to create and design innovative solutions that meet market needs.
- Engaging closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution
- Continuously analyzing effectiveness through performance metrics and leveraging an iterative process to refine and fine-tune the product strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. MBA or similar advanced qualification is a plus. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- 5+ years of product management experience in a technology or software
- Extensive experience in guiding products through the entire product lifecycle - from conception to launch.
- Proven ability to build, manage and influence direct and indirect relationships, and to lead cross-functional teams.
- In-depth experience with agile methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills, along with the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.
- Previous experience with accounting, financial management, or related software is a plus.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $177000 - 239500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
