Job Overview
Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking a highly skilled and highly motivated Staff Program Manager of Third Party Risk Management (3PRM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's non-expense / non-traditional third party risk management program, and the day-to-day operations that accompany the onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, issue management and offboarding of our non-expense / non-traditional third parties. This role involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with external partnerships.
The candidate will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards, enhance risk awareness, and protect the organization from potential vulnerabilities posed by third-party relationships. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in risk management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality support to stakeholders, including providing appropriate guidance through the 3PRM process
- Coordinate with cross-functional review teams to ensure reviews are progressing and assessments are completed timely and within SLAs
- Support on-going maintenance and improvement of the third party risk management program through collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders
- Continuously assess processes within the third party risk management space to improve, enhance and expand the program as necessary
- Proactively identify new sales and revenue programs, and other non-traditional third party programs to incorporate into 3PRM
- Manage a team of risk analysts to effectively assess and review engagements accurately, completely, and timely
- Monitor operational performance to ensure tasks are completed timely and within agreed-upon SLAs
- Manage key performance indicators and key risk indicators to measure and track compliance, risk, and overall effectiveness of the program
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners (e.g. sales teams, product teams, go-to-market teams) to proactively identify new sales & revenue programs to ensure proper onboarding and due diligence
- Provide periodic reporting to senior management on health of the program
- Assist with development and delivery of training of 3PRM processes
- Manage and maintain accurate and complete standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of third party risk management experience
- Experience in Software and FinTech industry preferred
- Drive results through use of data and risk-based approaches
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast paced working environment and operate calmly through ambiguity and change
- Great collaborator and strong communicator
- Must possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Operates without boundaries to remove friction and builds credibility and trust.
- Strong ability to work with dispersed teams
- Program management experience
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $149,000-201,500, Southern California $137,500-186,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
