Staff Technical Program Manager - Emerging Technology

We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to come and join Intuit’s Futures team. The team’s mission is to develop and incubate emerging technologies, user experiences, capabilities and products that have the potential to be transformative to our customers and business.
Responsibilities
- Be part of the Futures PMO org
- Drive planning, execution, and operations across Emerging Experiences and Software Acceleration product areas
- Be the owner for Op Mechs such as Product and Program Reviews, sprint planning, sprint demos and code jams
- Support our various external partnership programs
- Build operational rigor and operational processes to cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable results and delivery against the timelines
- Identify core and critical issues to organizational performance and clearly communicate status, progress, and results across the organizational boundaries and levels
- Build and maintain relationships inside and outside the organization to ensure strong collaboration, raise the profile of the team and its key initiatives, and capitalize on emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven program manager with 8+ years’ experience as a Technical Program Manager, with demonstrated success in leading high paced, innovative teams with lot of ambiguity
- Experience with AI, GenAI or other emerging technologies
- Passion for operational excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the
- business
- Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience; willing and able to challenging the status quo
- Excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, and can execute and deliver successfully in situations where authority is not a given
- Experience with high growth, fast moving teams and projects
- Exceptional ability to work cross functionally and to build cross functional partnerships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate at all organizational levels. Applies the nuances of influencing based on the situation, knowing when to push and when to ease through designs, ideas, and roadmaps.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $171500-232000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
