We arelooking for creative technical problem solvers with a passion for tackling toughtechnical and customer problems to join our team and serve as a programleader, with responsibility for driving program delivery and success. We are looking forcandidates who have strong program management experience with deeptechnical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and atrack record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactfulbusiness results.

The role is responsible for stewarding critical strategic technical initiatives anddriving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership anddirection to assigned software programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with Influence: Drive strategic programs in partnership with VP+leaders, accelerating business outcomes and ensuring alignment with Intuit'soverall strategy.

  • Deliver Exceptional Results: Develop and execute high-quality programplans, utilizing data to track progress, mitigate risks, and communicateeffectively with stakeholders.
  • Enjoy building things from the ground up? You'll define program frameworks,establish governance models, drive operational rhythm, and foster a culture ofaccountability within teams. You'll be the architect of success.
  • Build and Mentor: Define and implement program management bestpractices, coach and mentor other program managers, and contribute to thegrowth of the program management community.

  • Master the Domain: Possess deep expertise in software developmentmethodologies and apply them effectively to programs. Leverage AI-nativetechnologies to drive efficiencies and productivity. Enable softwaremodernization in a platform environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership: 8+ years of experience building, leading and deliveringcomplex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software developmentapproaches, architecture, and lifecycles. Experience with Agile methodologiesis highly desired. Experience using AI tools as a Technical Program Manager isalso highly desired.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze industry trends, understand Intuit'sstrategy, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate business outcomes.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to influence at all levels in a matrix organization, fromindividual contributors to senior executives.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data to assessprogram progress, identify risks, and drive decision-making. Familiarity withdata analytics and AI/ML concepts is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield, or equivalent work experience. PMP, Agile certifications or equivalentdemonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $177,500-240,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
