Job Overview

Come join Intuit’s Go-To-Market Technology (GTM Tech) Platform team as a "Staff Technical Program Manager". We are looking for creative problem solvers to serve as a program leader, with responsibility for overall program delivery and success. Help the team develop and manage our highest impacting programs to accelerate our mission of powering prosperity around the world. If you’re passionate about building platforms at scale that help transform the lives of consumers, small businesses and accountants, we would love to have you join our team as a TPM for GTM Tech Platform. As a program manager on the team, you will be enabling technology teams of Go-To-Market org at Intuit to acquire, monetize, and retain customers for industry leading Intuit products such as QuickBooks, TurboTax and MailChimp. 


We are looking for candidates who have strong program management experience with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.


Intuit has embraced a hybrid working model with the expectation of working from our Mountain View office 3 days per week.



Responsibilities

  • Lead with Influence: Drive strategic programs in partnership with VP+ leaders, accelerating business outcomes and ensuring alignment with lntuit's overall strategy. Want to contribute to the bigger picture? You'll play a key role in translating lntuit's overall strategy into impactful programs and portfolios, directly influencing our business outcomes
  • Champion Change: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, effectively navigating organizational change and driving continuous improvement. Do you enjoy collaboration and problem-solving? You'll lead complex, cross-organizational change initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new ideas.
  • Deliver Exceptional Results: Develop and execute high-quality program plans, utilizing data to track progress, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Enjoy building things from the ground up? You'll define program frameworks, establish governance models, drive operational rhythm, and foster a culture of accountability within teams. You'll be the architect of success.
  • Build and Mentor: Define and implement program management best practices, coach and mentor other program managers, and contribute to the growth of the program management community. Interested in making a difference across the organization? You'll champion operational excellence by defining and implementing best practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring other TPMs. You'll be a force multiplier.
  • Master the Domain: Possess deep expertise in software development methodologies and apply them effectively to programs. Leads discussions on Al-native technologies that redefine industry standards, in a platform environment driven by innovation. You will tackle complex technical challenges, leveraging your expertise to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions and shape the future of our products.

Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership: 8+ years of experience building, leading and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycles. Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze industry trends, understand lntuit's strategy, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate business outcomes.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels in a matrix organization, from individual contributors to senior executives.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data to assess program progress, identify risks, and drive decision-making. Familiarity with data analytics and AI/ML concepts is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Bay Area California: $177,500 - $240,500 USD
