Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of Ecosystem Development to join our Technology Partnerships team. This strategic role is crucial for expanding our partner ecosystem, developing scalable acquisition channels, and building high-value relationships with strategic market leaders. You will be responsible for constructing a robust scaled partner ecosystem that integrates with our APIs, ensuring these partners effectively drive value for customers & unlock a new revenue stream Intuit.
In this role, you will develop a comprehensive strategy that leverages 1-to-many growth tactics, allowing us to eventually activate thousands of partners while maintaining quality standards. You will also spearhead the evolution of our partner program, determining criteria, tiering, and application processes for gaining strategic partner status.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will extend to strategic business development, where you'll collaborate with major market players to design partner strategies that align with integration, commercial agreements, and go-to-market initiatives. This will involve identifying new categories of partners and uncharted market segments, thereby opening avenues for innovative strategies that bolster our position in the market.
Additionally, you will lead our Product Partnerships function - working closely with product and engineering teams to answer the “build, buy, partner” equation and collaborating on the development of white-label and "powered-by" partners solutions that enrich the Mailchimp user experience. Advocating for our partners' technical needs, you will ensure seamless integration into our product offerings, aligning product roadmaps with partner objectives for mutual success.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Experience:
- 10+ years in ecosystem development, partner management, or business development, ideally within the SaaS marketing, ecommerce, payments, or advertising industries.
- A proven track record of scaling partner programs and developing effective channel strategies.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to transform insights into actionable plans.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with API-based technologies and SaaS business models.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $205500 - $277500, Colorado $172000 - $233000, Bay Area California $207000-280000, Southern California $193500-261500, Washington $181000 - $244500, Washington D.C. $172000 - $233000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
