Job Overview

Come join the Futures Team as the Manager of our ProgramManagement team for the Customer Innovation Center. This is a new role that will lead external development of a new physical showcase of Intuit’s current and emerging technology.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

New York, CA $177,500 - $240,500

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Responsibilities

  • Evangelize innovation at all levels of the organization
  • Own and deliver on the roadmap and site management for the Customer Innovation Center
  • Partner and collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver product, technology storytelling, and site design
  • Manage communications with internal customers and leaders and external customers

Qualifications

  • Must have a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a fast paced, unstructured environment
  • Have a passion to seek a deep understanding of customer needs and turn that insight into a compelling vision
  • 3-5 years of Program Management work experience in a top tech company, payments company or innovative technology startup (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong background working on solutions for small businesses
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a top institution required, MBA a plus
