Job Overview
New York City is Intuit’s newest and fastest growing site. We opened in 2021 with the goal to become an engineering hub for the company - by tapping into the top tier, diverse technical talent our region offers. Our site represents nearly all functions and groups at Intuit. This group is engaged, collaborative and is building a positive culture that lives Intuit’s values.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the NYC Site Programs & Ops Lead - Sr Mgr for our NYC site. This role is well-positioned to meaningfully shape the direction of our site - directly impacting the experiences of our employees and our community. And as a newer and growing site, this role will require a highly flexible and adaptable individual who can work at a fast pace and take on a diverse set of responsibilities as needed.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
New York, NY $155,000- $209,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Responsibilities
Create and manage the overall plan for Intuit NYC aligned to our site priorities of Growth, Engagement, and Community.● Work across stakeholders to understand, document, align and influence plans & KPIs.● Establish and lead a business rhythm to drive visibility into progress, learnings and risks.● Plan resources and manage the budget for the site.
Plan and deliver employee activations and events on-site and in the community.● Serve as the NYC point of contact for site-wide events that require local experience delivery.● Collaboratively plan community engagement and service opportunities.● Drive coordination and day-of execution of events in partnership with the Workplace team and local event lead(s).● Source local venues and vendors as needed to execute against plans.
Manage high impact programs and processes for the site that advance our site strategy.● Lead programs from ideation to execution based on needs of site and employees; for example, a program that brings a community of NYC-based technologists together and connects them to the broader Intuit technology community.● Design and run processes that enable delightful employee experiences including new employee local onboarding and visitor experience.
Lead site-wide communications for the site and company stakeholders.● Draft communications to employees with updates across our strategy.● Comms around site-wide activations and events.● Assemble NYC-specific content for updates and deep dives for reviews as necessary.
Qualifications
● 10+ years of relevant experience in program management and/or operations with a high level of professional maturity● Excited about building culture and shaping the direction of Intuit’s NYC site and community● Brings a fresh perspective to the space informed by experience, data and continuous learning● Has a bias for action, works quickly, and leads inclusively● Excellent attention to detail, communication skills (written / verbal / presentation), and also able to see and influence the big picture.● Effectively works with a variety of stakeholders, skilled at obtaining buy-in and coordinating cross functional activities
