Job Overview

At Mailchimp, we provide a leading marketing platform for small businesses, and we're seeking a talented Staff Software Engineer to join our CRM team in New York.

In this role, you will be instrumental in building out our CRM capabilities, with a strong focus on leveraging AI and agentic solutions to transform how our customers manage their sales processes. You will provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and development of complex features for our CRM, with an emphasis on AI-driven functionality.
  • Ensure code quality, operational excellence, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Experience Design to align technical solutions with customer needs and business goals.
  • Develop full-stack solutions using React, Kotlin, MSaaS, and AWS.
  • Leverage Staff Software Engineering craft skills to continuously improve our development processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
  • Demonstrated experience in technically leading complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing AI-powered features.
  • Proficiency in React, Kotlin, MSaaS, and AWS.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and testing principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for building innovative and impactful solutions.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $197,000 - $266,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
