Job Overview

You will join Intuit’s cybersecurity organization and be responsible for building the security and safety guardrails that enable that vision.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the engineering group manager responsible for several team that develop and operate the security service and capabilities that protect Intuit’s Generative AI Operating System and Intuit’s technology platform at large.
  • To accomplish this, you will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners: Security Researchers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Policy Analysts and Product Management.

Qualifications

  • 7-plus years experience as an established technical leader and manager of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful software products.
  • 3-plus years experience managing and growing technical managers across multiple domains.
  • Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on software development experience solving complex engineering problems.
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap.
  • Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders, and experience with matrix management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
