Come join the Intuit Security Team as a Manager in Security Engineering.

Responsibilities

 

  • Build high-performing teams by putting the right people in the right job at the right time
  • Create a culture of collaboration, fun and solution mindset where teams feel empowered to learn, test and iterate.
  • In this role you will help bring out the best ideas from the best security engineers working with security big data, generative AI and machine learning to build predictive models of adversary behavior by empowering them and leading by example.
  • Your team will develop and enhance adversary models to support Intuit’s Threat Intelligence capability and enhance our ability to offer services relying on adversary classification and prediction.
  • You will help create and evangelize a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with partners across security and business segment organizations.

Qualifications

Technical Qualifications

  • Passion for Information Security, especially Threat Intelligence and Big Data.
  • 2 years experience as a technical people leader in Information Security.
  • 5+ years of Information Security experience with at least 3 years of Threat Intel and data analytics experience.
  • Experience with and/or a passion for threat Intel and solving for the highest risk, including threat intel capabilities such as adversary tracking and analysis, tools, techniques and procedures (TTP) tracking and cataloging, TTP reversal for testing, and attack surface identification.
  • Knowledge of application of data science and big data analytics to security data to build resilient behavioral models supporting existing security metrics, as well as bringing higher definition of adversary personas to help inform security organization and business of interest and risk.
  • BS in Computer Science / Data Science and/or equivalent work-related experience.

  • Strong organizational, communication and planning skills in a fast moving agile environment while following established organizational SOP’s
  • Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
  • Experience setting clear goals, metrics and influencing decisions with data.
  • People Management, leading, mentoring, empowering and developing security Engineers in an inclusive and productive environment in a global organization.
  • Communicating across the organization, being able to frame priorities around initiatives supporting established organizational goals, drive alignment and partnerships
  • Ability to plan and execute multiple concurrent internal engagements.
