We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Process Team Lead to join our dynamic Sales Business Operations team. The Business Process Team Lead will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order management and supporting our sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for leading the day to day operations of the business operations team in processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Map current business processes across the organization to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their processes, needs, and challenges
  • Develop and implement new processes or modify existing ones to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
  • Monitor the effectiveness of newly implemented processes and adjust as necessary
  • Document process changes and maintain up-to-date process documentation
  • Foster a culture of process improvement and operational excellence within the organization

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in process management or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in CRM tools
