Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in planning and organizing a range of events and sponsorships that align with the company’s goals.
  • Support, orchestrate, and flawlessly execute an array of events.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management and on-site coordination.
  • Play a hands-on role in pre-, during, and post-event social media activities, helping to capture content, coordinate posts, and engage with audiences without reliance on the core social media team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft and execute strategies to achieve event objectives.
  • Analyze post-event feedback and metrics to continuously improve.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices to enhance the quality and innovation of events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, partners and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to create compelling presentations tailored to the target audience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and foster relationships while contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, representing the company positively.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

 

Northern California $93,000 - $126,000

Southern California $92,500 - $125,000This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Qualifications

  • 2+ year experience in event management and business development preferably in the accounting industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting industry trends and a strategic mindset for business growth.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
