Job Overview

Come join the Risk Operations in our Fintech Business Unit as a Learning and Development Facilitator.

Responsibilities

  • Training conducted based on well-defined curriculum
  • Classrooms set up properly (materials, technology, space)
  • Daily program/course schedules for multiple day classes aligned with design plan or adjusted to meet audience needs
  • Training compliance audits for outsourcers and vendors
  • Audit reports and recommendations for compliance gaps and performance gaps
  • Coaches/Supervisors/Managers trained to support trainees' transfer of learning from the classroom or technical based training (TBT) to the job
  • Needs analyses input
  • Delivery of train the trainer programs
  • Program/course effectiveness feedback delivered to designers
  • Workshops/courses delivery based on specific content and style required by the partner and/or customer
  • Evaluation input regarding the effectiveness of trainers they are mentoring

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in risk management
  • Proficient with G-Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to deescalate customers and effectively handle difficult situations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet SLAs
  • Strong work ethic with high integrity and ethics
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Strong understanding of customer service and customer empathy
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, accounting or related field a plus
  • Delivers training programs, workshops and classes
  • Manages the classroom through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learnin
  • Partners with Training managers to identify and close organizational performance gaps specific to supported areas
  • Provides coaching, mentoring, and informal leadership to other trainers
  • Teaches other trainers and non-trainers to deliver well-defined training programs. Mentors / coaches other individuals delivering workshops
  • Partners with instructional designers during needs analyses to analyze new or redesigned workshops and provides input and feedback after course is delivered
  • Works flexible hours to support delivery of workshops which exceed the typical workday
  • Travels at least 25-50% of the time
