Come join the Sales Program Management team and help accelerate the transformation of Sales by leading complex, cross-functional programs that deliver on key strategies to fuel our growth.

As a Principal Program Manager, you will be a key thought partner and accountable leader who accelerates ecosystem growth at scale by developing, assessing and leading high-visibility, high-complexity projects and programs. You will have extreme ownership for outcomes and drive clarity of strategy, operationalize initiatives, effectively adapt to changing priorities, anticipate risks and connect the dots across the organization to deliver at scale. 

A passion for problem solving, driving clarity from ambiguity and accelerating business outcomes through a proven record of program management experience delivering large-scale, highly matrixed programs will drive success in your role. You will bring a day-one mindset, extreme ownership, an ability to balance the strategic and tactical while dealing effectively with ambiguity and change.  You must possess a relentless attention to details and the ability to clearly communicate and interact across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Connect Strategy to Execution and Drive Strategic Problem Solving:  Drive our go-to-market strategy and priorities and organizational connections to ensure initiatives are delivering the right business results. Frame strategic questions, conceptualize a varied set of outcomes, prioritize work, and develop data-backed solutions to deliver beyond program deliverables, with an emphasis on business outcomes. Synthesize insights about what matters most to deliver incredible end to end experiences while enabling higher revenue, productivity, and margin performance.

 

  • Demonstrate Extreme Ownership, Influence and Impact: Exhibit extreme ownership for high-visibility, high-impact programs. Translate program activities and deliverables into a compelling narrative that demonstrates impact on business objectives. Communicate a clear point of view and influence others to focus attention and/or take action on the most critical areas with compelling, thoughtful arguments that guide decision making and influence without authority.

 

  • Execute with Rigor, Scale and Velocity: Apply program management methodologies, tools and skills to develop a detailed program plan, instilling accountability and driving end-to-end execution. Lead creation of well-defined roadmaps and success measures, identify, recommend and drive opportunities for reinvention or continuous improvement to deliver with velocity and scalability to fuel transformational growth. Viewed by peers as an expert in your craft and coach others to strengthen capabilities across the organization.

 

 

 

 

 

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $189,500 - 256,000, Southern California $172,500 - 233,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years relevant work experience in program management roles in sales, marketing or operations delivering significant organizational impact, preferably in a SaaS-based technology company.

 

  • Operational Expertise: A breadth of experience interacting across sales, marketing, finance, business analytics, technology teams and operations. Track record of improving end to end processes in a way that delivers better customer experiences, growth, or efficiency. Knowledge of sales tools, techniques, and methodologies is a plus.

 

  • Dynamic Leadership: You are equal parts pragmatic and strategic, combining creativity with a keen business acumen. You are well-versed in managing a long-term vision while delivering continuous improvement and exceeding expectations in the current period. You have the ability to think broadly but also go deep and roll up your sleeves when appropriate, delivering on both strategy and tactics.

 

  • Bridge-Builder: Practiced in earning trust and collaborating with executive sponsors and key stakeholders to establish a shared vision, common goal framework and prioritization principles where no formal authority exists. Relationship-minded approach that balances empathy and directness while pushing beyond comfort zones. Can deliver tough messages with professionalism and grace. 

 

  • World-Class Communicator: Clear and compelling storytelling abilities that distill complex information and concepts simply and concisely for an executive audience. Superior written and verbal communications skills with experience preparing communications and designing presentations for an executive audience.

 

  • PMP Certification a plus

 

  • Ability to travel based on business needs
