Job Overview

Come join US Sales supporting the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) as a Staff Program Manager for the Professional Services Organization. The Professional Services Team enables Accountants, Partners, and Mid-Market Customers to successfully embrace, use, and recommend the Intuit Ecosystem through our strategic consulting, technology/product expertise, and implementation/integration strategies.

The Staff Program Manager candidate will have a proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional Professional Services engagements in a fast-paced environment. Working directly with Customers, Partners, Sales Engineers, and others across the organization to develop, lead, and drive programs that allow us to deliver our services to customers in a timely manner and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Professional Services projects/programs across all phases of planning, implementation and migration. Create, optimize and drive schedules and project plans across cross-functional teams, partners, and customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication that conveys appropriate level of information concisely given subject and audience. Communicate equally well with technical and non-technical personnel
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks, work well with others when conflicts arise, ensure alignment with objectives and ensure the project is on schedule, within budget, with quality outputs
  • Effectively execute issue and risk management, building structured cross-group schedules, meeting arrangements, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communicating overall project status
  • Work cross-functionally and connect all the pieces of the program by thinking end-to-end, while leveraging all available assets to solve problems and create value for both short and long
  • Contribute to improvements in our Professional Services program/project management processes and operating mechanisms to continuously improve our ability to deliver value
  • Exceptional planner who is highly organized with attention to detail, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex programs and multiple priorities at the same time and in a timely manner
  • Drive regular operating mechanisms to provide progress updates on Professional Services engagements, sharing insights and learnings to help shape future experiences

Qualifications

  • 7+ years relevant work experience in program/project management roles in professional services, sales, technology, or operations, preferably in a SAAS-based technology company
  • Strong technology and business experience, preferably working with Partners and Customers
  • Demonstrated communication and collaborative skills with ability to influence and work cross-functionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical and other findings across organizational levels to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivating, tenacious and balanced individual who brings a ‘can do’ mindset
  • Partner and customer focused, with a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/programs at the same time within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel based on business needs

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $151,000 - $204,000, Bay Area California $149,000 - 201,500, Southern California $137,500 - 186,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
