Job Overview
The Learning Innovation Staff Program Manager in Intuit Academy Learning and Development is responsible for managing and leading cross-functional teams to deliver non-technical programs and projects from design to release for internal customers. They are to balance priorities and strategically plan for resource allocation, while engaging with stakeholders and identifying the need for decision-making and tradeoff discussions. A key responsibility will be to identify, define, and socialize the ROI and positive impacts these projects will have on the business through data analytics. The role focuses on driving digital innovation as a solution while fostering creativity and experimentation within the organization. They should also have extensive domain knowledge and the ability to navigate risks and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to drive performance-focused initiatives and projects from design to release for internal customers
- Balance priorities and strategically plan and direct schedule and resource allocation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics necessary to drive service improvements
- Engage with stakeholders and identify the need for decision-making and tradeoff discussions
- Drive digital innovation as a solution while fostering creativity and experimentation within the organization
- Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct thorough research
- Manage innovation projects from ideation to implementation
- Work with various stakeholders and communicate innovative ideas effectively
Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with product management structure and process to elevate program management needs; deep understanding of sprint planning and backlog prioritization
- Creativity and innovation to come up with new ideas and solutions for programs and projects
- Technical acumen to work with emerging technologies in learning and development
- Research skills to identify opportunities for innovation and stay ahead of industry trends
- Project management skills to keep projects on track and deliverables on time
- Collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Change management proficiency
- Attention to detail to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
- Organizational skills to prioritize competing demands effectively
- Risk management skills to navigate risks and drive operational excellence
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $149000 - 201500, Southern California $137500 - 186000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
