Job Overview

Come join the Intuit Expert Network Team leading our efforts to develop and drive change and readiness processes and rigor to ensure our customer service team of experts are prepared and able to successfully deliver world class service to our customers.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing processes and capabilities that enable changes at speed and scale, evangelizing the need to ensure expert readiness is included in product and process launches, and engaging with leadership to share status and insights connected to readiness work. You’ll lead a team of high-performing change readiness leaders, overseeing their work assignments and managing capacity and prioritization of change requests.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy and approach to enable best-in-class change and readiness experiences for our worldwide network of experts
  • Seek opportunities to improve speed and clarity of how we deliver change
  • Ensure our change and readiness practices are enduring and scalable
  • Partner, educate and mentor teams on change management best practices
  • Identify and align on key performance indicators for change management - at the initiative and overall levels
  • Remove roadblocks and coach/guide your team of change leaders

  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels in the organization

  • Strong business acumen with appreciation of business challenges and ability to drive and achieve desired business outcomes
  • Results-driven with strong team collaboration skills and self-awareness

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience leading change management efforts
  • Experience with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $137,500-186,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
