Job Overview

Join an incredible marketing team at Intuit as a Manager 3, CRM Operations in the Consumer Group. As a key leader, you will be responsible for CRM initiatives and execution for our consumer products powering financial freedom to the over 100M consumers and businesses we serve year-round. CRM is a significant part of our marketing strategy, driving world-class results. In this role, you will lead the CRM operations team, powering results through data science models and AI predictions managing the quality and technical execution with innovation of our CRM communications. This leader will inspire and influence the team by being collaborative and results driven.

Responsibilities

  • Strong Leader with Analytical and Strategic Thinking. Lead and manage a 10+ multi-level CRM operations team, providing strategic direction, guidance and support to drive successful campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be adept at using data to identify trends, uncover efficiencies and drive improvements in process, technology and CRM management (email, push and in-app notification, SMS, and other CRM avenues).
  • Technical and Innovation Mindset. This team implements high-quality and innovative CRM automations with billions of communications sent a year with a focus on increasing efficiency through integration of AI, hyper-personalization with low manual effort, and new ways of thinking to enhance customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decisions. Monitor and evaluate key engagement of CRM campaigns (deliverability, opens, CTR, etc.) using data-driven insights to make informed decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness. This leader will also effectively communicate campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Drive. This leader will partner across MarTech, product development, data analytics, CRM strategy, product, data enablement with high technical acumen. They will identify and implement new data sources, manage multi-million dollar budgets across vendors, effectively communicate pivots across product or with data.
  • Industry Expert. This leader will be seen as an expert inside and outside of Intuit staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in CRM technologies and tools, ensuring our CRM operations remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $195000-230055, Southern California $191000-258000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications

Looking for a strong individual and seasoned leader with a minimum of 8+ years leading a CRM team that delivers delightful customer communications and drives business growth in a complex and matrixed organizational structure.

  • Strong understanding of email, push, SMS platforms, marketing automation tools, data analytics, and customer segmentation strategies. Experience with Braze and Adobe Experience Platform a plus.
  • Must have experience in SQL, personalization and prediction technical skills (Liquid Script, JSON, etc.)
  • Experience with driving the selection, implementation, and execution of CRM solutions (in house and/or 3rd party) utilizing machine learning, AI and data science models.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage, motivate and mentor a diverse team.
  • Strong project management skills, with demonstrated success in managing multiple campaigns and initiatives concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
