Job Overview

Intuit's Consumer Group (CG) Marketing Platform Solutions Team is seeking an experienced data steward to join the Go-to-Market Operations and Technology team. This role will be responsible for setting end-to-end strategic vision around marketing data, understanding and managing the enterprise-level marketing data assets, evaluating data accuracy and integrity against data requirements leveraged with the marketing systems and campaigns. This also includes configuring and managing the TurboTax implementation of our customer data platform (CDP), journey orchestration platform and data connections. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to build meaningful relationships with business partners, and support data-related activities across the marketing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data management initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact for cross-company data projects to ensure marketing needs are met and data quality issues are resolved.
  • Drive the definition and documentation of business requirements for data enablement capabilities and processes, managing dependencies and deliverables to support business needs.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for marketing data incidents, conducting initial investigations with the Data Operations team, coordinating with relevant teams within Intuit’s Incident Management Process, and communicating resolutions to stakeholders and leaders.
  • Partner with internal data organization to align on new data capabilities, drive adoption, and act as the primary liaison for any related needs or issues.
  • Manage data enablement and audience activation capabilities, including defining feature requests, gathering business requirements, and ensuring the Data Operations team can successfully execute for marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee data hygiene and profile management strategy and capability within customer data platform, ensuring data quality for audience creation and activation.
  • Drive the solutioning and implementation of data sharing for marketing purposes, including managing external data onboarding processes and ensuring compliance.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with key data vendors, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and influencing their product roadmaps to align with business objectives.

Bay Area California 185500-251500

Southern California 183500-248500

Qualifications

  • 10+ years professional experience in product management, marketing analytics or marketing technology management
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and other data enablement capabilities
  • Experience with multiple digital marketing channels from a marketing analytics and/or MarTech perspective (i.e. Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliates, Social, Native App, and Web Properties)
  • Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, and initiative
  • Experience partnering and providing technical requirements with product managers, data engineers, and engineering architects
  • Experience launching a new capability and driving adoption
  • Required skills include: Strong communicator and influencer across teams and at various levels, with the ability to communicate technology to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with an ability to see the big picture; excellent teaching and training skills; self-starter with a growth mindset; able to effectively identify critical items needing action and drive them to closure; can balance business needs with technical constraints.
