As the product leader driving common data capabilities and a unified consumer profile across our offerings including TurboTax and Credit Karma, you will unlock our next chapter of personalized AI-powered experiences for our customers. Responsibilities

● Define and lead the vision and strategy for how consumer data can be leveraged across a multitude of use cases both inside and outside our products.● Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal developer experiences and scalable services.● Establish frameworks for self-service and elevate the self-serve maturity for every team leveraging capabilities that provide access to consumer data.● Learn, evangelize, and apply established patterns for data governance, compliance, privacy, and consent.● Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions.● Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and success● Experimenting with data to influence business outcomes.● Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant scale.● Partner with program management to nail project execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across different services and teams.● Work closely with the different Intuit offering product and engineering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive to a common goal.● Build empathy for developers who use our data capabilities to understand their pain points, gather insights on how we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful way.

● Represent the team in presentations, meetings, customer and partner events internally and externally.

Qualifications

● 10+ years designing and delivering platform products in a Product Management role, especially identity systems or large scale enterprise applications.● Depth of understanding for API management, design, standards, open source, API documentation, and development.● Hands on with AI capabilities from development to application.● Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development - i.e. reading code, architecture and design discussions - with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams● Success in taking data driven approach and delivering impactful business results● Proficiency in program/project management, and success in managing complex program/project deliverables cross multiple teams● Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap● Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products● Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer● Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations● Inspiring communication skills - for small teams to executives and larger groups as well● BS or technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $236,000 - 319,000, Southern California $213,500 - 288,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
