Job Overview

Come join the "Intuit Data organization" and get involved in building the next generation data platform for Intuit.

The team is looking to build the next generation data platform to power AI with a connected knowledge graph about Intuit customers and we are looking for someone who can guide the team in this journey.

Responsibilities

  • Use your experience and coding expertise to design and implement scalable, modular and secure services providing data centric solutions to all of Intuit.
  • Mentor engineers, influence the direction of the team and the Business unit.
  • Work as part of a fast paced scrum team.
  • Develop, test and deploy your own code.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience developing large scale data services in Java.
  • Strong experience with Cloud database technologies
  • Strong experience with several of the following: AI, Distributed SQL, Aurora Postgres, time series/Real time OLAP systems.
  • BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of the Software design/architecture process
  • Experience with testing as you will be responsible for testing your own code.
  • Experience with AWS and working with large scale systems.
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and writing Infrastructure as code, a plus.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $247,500-335,000, Southern California $233,000-315,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
