Intuit’s Consumer Group’s CRM team is looking for an experienced marketing operational leader to support the TurboTax business. The Senior CRM Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading operational excellence for the CRM team, our agency partners and our internal cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

Senior CRM Solutions Marketing Manager

Intuit’s Consumer Group’s CRM team is looking for an experienced marketing operational and program management leader to support the TurboTax business. The Senior CRM Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading operational excellence for the CRM team, carrying out overall program / project management, managing our agency partners and our internal cross functional teams.

You are a master at developing highly efficient processes and tools and are constantly evolving with the business and team needs.  You maintain the highest standard of operational execution that drive business results.  You are extremely organized for the broader team and you keep everyone in check. You lead and develop a high performing CRM team, constantly innovating to propel the team forward.  

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge on organizing our team and our cross functional partners and agencies including managing key meetings and owning communications and processes resulting in seamless and more efficient operations.
  • Define and own all share out templates and communications across the organization including in season program results
  • Program manage CRM communications, strategies, plans and execution across CRM and cross functional partners and agencies from off season planning and preparation through in season deployment.
  • Continuously reimagine all CRM team processes and artifacts to drive step change improvements in efficiency for the team, leading to increased velocity.
  • Ensure flawless execution of creative for all CRM plans through email, push and SMS. This includes owning legal compliance, campaign tagging, QA, delivery monitoring, accurate test set-up and schedules/calendars.
  • Own project management of all CRM campaigns, managing and communicating project milestones, schedules and calendars, maintaining and organizing clean documentation and holding all responsible parties accountable to deliver on time.
  • Articulate complex campaign requirements, closely partnering with CRM data and operations teams to ensure their proper implementation.  Understand the technical side of email operations from how customer data attributes flow from data systems into the ESPs for campaign retrieval to ESP set up and implementation to dynamic content execution.
  • Own and manage all vendors and partners including onboarding, scheduling meetings, managing timelines, asset delivery, budgets, SOWs, POs and more.
  • Lead a team of 3 marketers, developing a best in class and efficient CRM marketing team. 

Qualifications

  • Experience & Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years experience managing an elaborate email marketing program for a Fortune 500 company
    • Impeccable knowledge of email marketing best practices, especially around process, operations and execution.
    • Passion for operational excellence, process improvement, project management and tools development.
    • Keen understanding of the data undergirding CRM programs and enabling campaign orchestration and personalization.
    • Superior organizational, project management and communication skills -- this role requires hands-on management of campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure.
    • Experience with Enterprise-level marketing cloud solutions and CRM tech stack. 
    • Strong analytical and data manipulations skills that result in meaningful insights and that drive performance.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $150500-203500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
