Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to contribute to the go-to-market strategy for the TurboTax Live portfolio. This is a pivotal role on the Brand and Product Marketing team, at the forefront of our mission to break through in the assisted tax market. You will lead the development and execution of the GTM plan, working with partners across growth strategy, design, product, analytics, and research in a highly collaborative and influential role. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic vision, powerful communication skills, and proven launch experience — having thrived in dynamic, cross-functional environments built to move with velocity. You will directly shape how TurboTax acquires and retains customers for our most critical assisted tax offerings.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the go-to-market plan for TurboTax Live expert tax offerings (Full Service, Business Tax, Local strategies), including developing the toolkits, messaging hierarchy, product positioning, claims and season readiness
- Drive strategy and execution for the local assisted tax offering GTM efforts, including the overall strategy and development of our cross-channel local marketing campaigns to promote new in-person storefront offerings.
- Develop clear messaging and creative briefs that translate customer insights into impactful benefits and reasons to believe
- Evaluate creative execution and provide constructive feedback to design teams through the end-to-end customer experience
- Partner closely with marketing channel teams (paid and owned) on channel strategy and execution
- Establish metrics for success, inform and interpret test results and drive recommendations for improvements in partnership with finance and analytics
- Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative consumer research and A/B testing to roll-out experiences and creative that deliver improved business outcomes
- Competitive/Market Analysis: Track competitive local and full service messaging, channel approach and form implications to the GTM strategy, partnering with channel drivers to establish contingency and action plans
- Provide strategic project support as needed on product marketing efforts across the full TurboTax Live expert-led portfolio
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California 128000-173000
Southern California 120000-162000
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).

Qualifications
- Strategic mindset with the ability to integrate a thorough understanding of business priorities and customer needs into go-to-market plans, offers, and x-channel execution
- 5+ years professional experience in marketing or product management
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
- Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams to deliver amazing outcomes
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate program objectives, recommendations, and results to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results
- Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with strong ability to manage ambiguity
- Strong prioritization and organization skills necessary to lead cross-functional initiatives, and to be effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and extremely fast-moving environment
- Strong experience uncovering new qualitative and quantitative customer insights and leveraging deep empathy to drive decisions and influence E2E customer experiences
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience in hypothesis driven testing, test result analysis and making recommendations
- Preferred: experience with small/medium business (smb) B2B marketing strategies and/or familiarity with hyperlocal marketing strategies and experiential tactics.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $128000-173000, Southern California $120000-162000.
