Senior Program Manager-Employee Experience Change Leader

Job Overview

Intuit Global Business Services (GBS) Change Leadership Team is dedicated to supporting change management activities to continuously improve the employee experience and identify ways to streamline processes as well as strategizing, and managing our internal and external content and digital assets. We are looking for a strategic-minded individual to operate as the Employee Experience Procure to Pay (P2P) Change Management Program Manager who's obsessed with the customer experience, will demonstrate extreme ownership of their work, deliver excellence at scale, and can operate without boundaries. The candidate will lead change management and support PMO and process owners across multi-year, cross-functional projects to deliver Gen AI and automated solutions to procurement related experiences.

Qualifications

3-5 years change management and strategic communications experience required

  • Experience with Procurement operations, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Supplier Data Management, Strategic Sourcing, Source to Contract, and 3rd party risk management required
  • Experience delivering change management initiatives for AI related and automated experiences
  • Must be able to work from the San Diego office 2-5 days per week
  • Experience with Coupa, Aravo, Oracle, CMAPP platforms preferred
  • Experience producing digital content (infographics, video editing) for internal and external websites
  • Proficient in communications and training content authoring systems such as Sharepoint, ServiceNow, LumApps, Degreed, and Loom
  • Proficient in collaboration and productivity systems such as Google & Microsoft Application and Slack
  • Experience leading complex programs of work with multiple stakeholders/partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other quantitative discipline preferred.
  • Culturally aware; experience communicating with a global audience
  • Experience working in the High-Tech or Financial Services sector preferred
  • Up to 15% travel required

In this role, you will contribute to Intuit’s success in the following ways:

 

Leadership and Strategy

  • Cultivates & coordinates relationships with project stakeholders, with ability to interact with senior leaders to provide strategic guidance or support decision-making
  • Collaborates across Intuit to leverage resources & knowledge to solve problems & achieve results
  • Adept at focusing thinking around a shared vision and critical few priorities; role-models execution with speed, agility, and excellence

 

Change Management

  • Develops and executes effective communications for project stakeholders in alignment with the GBS and Corporate Communications standards and governance process
  • Understands & interprets stakeholder landscape, expectations, and key opportunities to shape and drive change management activities
  • Expert at determining the right resources, operating mechanisms, communications and training needed to gain alignment and to manage change. Knows how to best leverage various traditional and digital communication channels to create and manage targeted and integrated communication and training programs for both an internal employee audience and externally to enable third parties
  • Creates compelling written content and visually engaging graphics; uses digital assets and video to enhance impact and messaging, as appropriate
  • Partners across Finance and with Technology 4 Intuit, Corporate Communications, and other cross-functional partners to implement any large-scale communication and training programs
  • Leverages central Intuit Learning & Development organization’s instructional design and facilitation methodologies to ensure consistency and the highest level of performance
  • Owns the design, structure and maintenance of Employee Experience project content on the intranet, collaboration portals, and learning management systems; evaluates effectiveness and directs continuous improvement efforts

  • Supports project management of change management initiatives in a lead or support role
  • Supports end-to-end change management with ownership, decision planning, recommendation, and execution of change management activities
  • Provides meaningful insights to project team to drive strategy or key decisions

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $114,500-155,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
