Come join the Virtual Expert Platform Program Management Office as a Staff Technical Program Manager. We are looking for creative technical problem solvers with a passion for tackling tough customer problems to join our team and serve as a program leader, with responsibility for driving program delivery and success. We are looking for candidates who have strong program management experience with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.

The role is responsible for stewarding critical strategic initiatives and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to assigned software programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business and Technology leaders to refine and execute the strategy for one or more key programs to build AI-enabled virtual expert platform capabilities.
  • Drive multi-year multi=phase program roadmaps across multiple contributing
  • Develop program charters ensuring the scope aligns with business
  • Develop & deliver program plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support defining a cross-functional program structure.
  • Provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines common to a rapidly growing company with an evolving business
  • Establish program operating rhythms leading cross-functional meetings and fostering Quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical few issues and drive appropriate decisions and actions. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.
  • Communicate progress, report status, providing relevant insights across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior
  • Manage and track program execution to ensure successful, high-quality, on- time delivery by working through risks, and interdependencies.
  • Promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of
  • Partner with business unit and platform product management, and product development leadership to identify benefits, short- and long-term trade-offs and balance the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, work well with others when conflicts See opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation.
  • Partner with other Technical Program Managers to define, socialize and implement organization-wide processes.
  • Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related program expenditures, as needed.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Program Management experience leading multiple complex
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations and multiple business units across multiple
  • Proven experience driving platform
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria. Extensive experience in same.
  • Experience in product development, customer success, and virtual expert platforms are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience.
  • PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $163,500 - 221,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
