Responsibilities

  • Partner with a program manager, and business and technology leaders to detail execution plans and drive execution for deliverables on one or more key programs to build virtual expert platform capabilities.
  • Support driving established program operating rhythms and lead cross-functional meetings.
  • Drive select issues to arrive at appropriate decisions and Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.
  • Manage and track execution of one or more deliverables on a program to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery by working through risks, and interdependencies.
  • Promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of Stakeholders.
  • Partner with business unit and platform product management, and product development leadership to identify benefits, short- and long-term trade-offs and balance the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, work well with others when conflicts See opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation.
  • Partner with other Technical Program Managers to define, socialize and implement organization-wide processes.
  • Support portfolio management processes and tools.
  • Support annual planning efforts.
  • Communicate frequently and clearly with cross-functional teams and leaders.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in an MBA/MS (Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related) program graduating no earlier than December 2025
  • 3+ years of full-time industry work experience
  • Must reside in the U.S. during the summer internship program
  • Interest in leveraging technology for small businesses and consumers
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects, with a focus on collaboration and results
  • Exceptional communicator, able to effectively convey information and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Adept at building strong relationships and navigating matrix organizations

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $63.03/hr. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
