Job Overview

The QuickBooks Ecosystem & Lifecycle Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Team Manager to help guide a team in the development of best-in-class monetization campaigns that drive our QuickBooks business. This position will be responsible for leading a team of Lifecycle Marketing Managers in the creation and execution of campaigns across a portfolio of products that engage, retain, and delight our Small Business customers throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategy for the assigned portfolio of products that aligns with the overall marketing and business goals of the organization.
  • Oversee a team of Lifecycle Marketing Managers to ensure the successful execution of multiple end-to-end customer journey campaigns. Manage workload across products and the team.  Remove barriers to execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and work with the team to design and implement new campaigns and strategies to drive engagement, conversion, unit growth, and revenue.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team in the design and implementation of program test plans, including A/B split testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, product, analytics, and data ops, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Drive the planning and forecasting processes for the assigned portfolio of products.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Vet and prioritize incoming requests both for the team and cross-functional partners.
  • Manage performance, provide regular feedback, and set performance goals for the team to ensure that they are aligned with the overall organizational goals.
  • Attract and retain top talent while developing Lifecycle Marketing Managers as future people leaders.

Qualifications

  • Senior marketer with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years as a people manager.
  • Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience across marketing channels including display, email, push, and SMS.
  • High intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset, with a passion for challenging the status quo and finding new solutions.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $170,000-230,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
