Responsibilities

Strategic Thinking:

  • Develop 1-year segment marketing strategy covering but not limited to demand generation, acquisition campaign, web conversion rate optimisation, lifecycle, ecosystem marketing targeting Small & Medium sized businesses across APAC to drive revenue & customer growth .
  • Leverage market trends and experimentation to deeply understand customers and market insights to proactively address customer needs & unlock growth opportunities through compelling value propositions and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Shape function-wide segment marketing strategies based on comprehensive business Partner with digital marketing & sales teams to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a strong bias for action and swiftly adapt to evolving business demands. Takes full responsibility for delivering strategic results with Collaborates with senior leaders to resolve issues and build consensus.
  • Coach, motivate and lead a strong team of digital experts through a passion for people development and growth. Fosters a culture of creativity and risk-taking within the team.

 

 

 

Compelling Communications:

  • Craft comprehensive and engaging narratives and communications that resonate across functions. Leverages advanced data analysis to influence key stakeholders.
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders with clear, data-backed visions. Secures buy-in for complex initiatives.
  • Develop and execute segment marketing strategies that align with insights and overall business objectives.
  • Ensures activations resonate deeply with diverse global

 

 

Tech-Forward Thinking and Action:

  • Leverages advanced AI capabilities to drive strategic marketing initiatives. Uses AI to significantly boost team performance and business
  • Integrates cutting-edge technology and data tools into digital marketing & automation strategies. Drives significant improvements in personalized customer experiences and channel performance.
  • Leads and actively contributes to cross-functional collaborations to drive the effective use of analytics and digital marketing capabilities.

 

Insightful Analysis and Experimentation:

  • Leverages key metrics to drive function-wide decisions that positively impact funnel performance, product solutions and business
  • Leads collaborations with data experts to uncover significant insights for business impact. Shapes stories that drive business outcomes while ensuring data compliance.
  • Leads and actively contributes to the design and implementation of bold experiments. Uses rapid iteration to identify strategic

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; Business and marketing majors preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Previous experience in people/team leadership
  • Previous experience in P&L and budget management
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or campaign management
  • Experience in the software as a service or accounting software industry is ideal
