Job Overview
As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Intuit Mailchimp, you'll be the technical backbone of our sales, partner, and commercial customer facing teams, empowering them to win and retain high-value customers. You'll be the go-to expert on our platform, capable of translating complex technical requirements and robust features into solutions that address customer needs. You'll work closely with Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Partnerships and other cross-functional teams to ensure they have the deep product knowledge needed to showcase the value of Mailchimp to both prospects and existing clients.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring our Sales and Account Management teams have the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver value to our customers through the Mailchimp platform.
Responsibilities
Next Level Help & Supportability:
- Act as the foremost subject matter expert, providing in-depth platform knowledge and technical guidance to internal teams.
- Answer complex platform functionality questions to help Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships teams navigate client interactions.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for resolving critical client
Customer Consultations:
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase platform capabilities to internal teams and prospective clients to solve real-world business challenges.
- Strong ability to identify and analyze customer needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct detailed feature walkthroughs and deep dives to educate internal teams and
- Offer specialized guidance on configuring and implementing our custom tools to meet specific business outcomes and industry specific best practices
- Share insights and best practices to help internal teams and customers maximize their success with the platform.
Sales Enablement:
- Partner with Sales to bring technical expertise into prospective client engagements, ensuring accurate representation of product capabilities and how they align to the ambitions of the prospect’s business.
- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to anticipate and meet customer requirements by recommending appropriate solutions.
- Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by providing expert input on the technical functionality of our products.
Collaboration & Feedback:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide qualitative feedback and inform product feedback loops.
- Shape future acquisition and retention initiatives by sharing insights gained from customer
Qualifications
- You have a deep understanding of email and marketing automation solutions and their technical capabilities as well as the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have a passion for solving customer problems and driving customer success while building relationships and trust with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills not limited to the ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
- You have an understanding of the typical SaaS B2B sales cycle and the ability to identify and address technical barriers to closing deals.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Have a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
- You thrive in a high stakes sales You’re competitive, self-motivated and self-developing.
- You have 3+ years of experience with customers as a Solutions Consultant or support
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant work experience
