Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is focused on empowering small and mid-market businesses (SMBs) by building cutting-edge financial products. B2B bill payment, a high priority hyper-growth new product within Intuit, is redefining how businesses transact by streamlining accounts payable workflows and online B2B bill payments. This rapidly scaling product is poised to be a game-changer for SMBs, helping them manage AP, pay bills to other companies, and manage expenses seamlessly.
The B2B Payments Product Analytics Team plays a crucial role in driving product innovation and decision-making through data. We partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, Finance, and Commercial teams to enhance customer experiences and accelerate business growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to lead a team of 4-5 analysts and spearhead data-driven decision-making for our B2B Network & Payments product. This leader will develop strategic analytics frameworks, guide experimentation, and drive insights that shape the future of B2B payments at Intuit.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 4-5 product analysts
- Define and execute the team’s analytics strategy to support hyper-growth and expansion
- Analytics & Strategy:
- Define and track key product and business performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Drive strategic insights to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for B2B Payments
- Guide team to translate complex data findings into clear insights and actionable business strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Commercial teams to drive data-backed decisions.
- Work with data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure, ensure data quality, and build scalable analytics solutions.
- Enforce prioritization of analytics asks to ensure the team is working on most impactful work
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product, customer, and GTM analytics
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing a team of analysts
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering etc.).
- Ability to influence senior leaders with strong data storytelling and business acumen.
- Experience with experimentation and causal inference, familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
- Preferred: Experience in financial technology, payments, or B2B platforms.
