We’re an energetic and creative performance marketing team, who work to deliver amazing customer experiences for our QuickBooks users across the country. We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about brand and social media performance marketing, learning and creative problem solving. You’ll be involved at every step of the projects you're working on - from gathering insights, brainstorming, creative execution to launching awesome campaigns.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Work alongside the Brand Manager to provide any support required to develop end-to-end campaigns, while also working with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
  • Manage, update and audit our YouTube channel
  • Analyze and compile marketing competitive analysis reports, media and creative.
  • Organize and traffic creative assets to media agencies
  • Passion for brand building, voice and integrity.
  • Publish articles through our CMS, as needed.
  • Learn from the best in-class marketers and take your skills to the next level!

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • Highly detail oriented and pay close attention to the specifics of problems, questions and projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills; great attitude and go-getter spirit.
  • Strong passion to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to ask for help when needed, while taking steps to problem solve independently.
  • Curiosity in brand and performance marketing strategy.
  • Past experience working with a content publishing tool (CMS) and creative production agencies, would be an asset

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
  • A graduation date at least 4 months after the co-op term ends.
  • Available for a 4 or 8-month co-op work term for 40 hours per week
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
