We have a great opportunity for an experienced, highly-organized, detail-oriented self-starter with a personable demeanor.  You’re enthusiastic, flexible and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills who operates well in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.  As a Marketing Operations, Events & Administrative Specialist, you will help marketing leadership manage tasks and events across a variety of marketing functions.  You will support marketing operations such as meeting and event planning, budget controls, reporting and process oversight.  You will have a keen understanding of marketing functions and be able to guide our processes and reporting.  This role is perfect for someone who likes to plan, organize and drive processes.Intuit has embraced a hybrid way of working. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working from our Toronto office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar and Meeting management: coordinate internal and external meetings including staff meetings, agency briefings, virtual meetings/Zoom scheduling, off- site meetings and events, and one-on-one meetings. Assist with food orders, meeting needs, agenda support and note taking. Proactively manage calendar requests and conflicts
  • Help in organizing team events and meetings, as well as manage event ticketing for team and customer facing events.  Including coordinating hospitality and logistics for small to large scale events.
  • Answering questions and finding information for employees, agencies and partners   
  • On-board and manage administration of OSP (outside service providers) and CWs (contract workers)
  • Provide onboarding support for new vendors and agencies, ensuring they have the right access and documents/enablement required to get them up and running
  • Provide assistance to team members and leadership as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of coordinator or administrative experience
  • High level of comfort with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite
  • Highly organized and able to create organized easy to follow systems and process for others to follow
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
  • Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
  • Meticulous approach to administrative tasks
  • Strong task and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
