You’ll work on the GenUX team, an essential part of Intuit’s GenOS platform for scaling AI user experiences. We build lovable and scalable AI widgets and patterns that every product team can leverage to build their desired AI experiences 10× faster. As our PM co‑op you will own a real slice of driving that platform leverage and see your decisions go live to millions of customers.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Spot strong AIUX patterns in the market. Derive and consolidate insights to help inform our approach and strategy
  • Collaborate with product teams. Engage with multiple product teams across the organization to understand their use cases and needs and identify opportunities to help them apply platform leverage
  • Define product specs. Partner with design & engineering to craft PRDs and help take the idea to launch
  • Prototype with AI tools. Use the help of AI prototyping tools to brainstorm and articulate your ideas
  • Define success & measure impact. Track our defined metrics and impact and regularly update

  • Sense of urgency. You move with a strong sense of urgency and pace. You set clear and aggressive timelines and beat them
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You’re comfortable with and welcome ambiguity. You can take a broad question and narrow it down to the most important questions
  • AI tool fluent. You use AI tools often and love trying out new ones and new ways to work smarter
  • UX obsessed. You notice great design; love exploring innovative designs and figure out the principles of what makes them great
  • Sharp product sense & ruthless prioritization. You constantly think about what matters the most to win, and help keep team focused
  • Clear communicator. You explain ideas clearly in writing and in person, you’re concise and a great storyteller

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
  • A graduation date at least 4 months after the co-op term ends.
  • Available for a 8-month co-op work term for 40 hours per week
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
