Job Overview

As a Sr. Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and delivering detailed product and technology solutions through consulting, training, and implementation project activities. The scope of work will be based on hours, type of project, and initiative. You will engage with customers requiring varied interpersonal, product, and technical skills. Your technical responsibilities will include discovery, product/technology/workflow definition and/or design, implementation, training, and solution deployment. Additionally, you may be required to participate in sales presentations and conduct follow-up product and technical demos/training as needed. You may identify additional product/services opportunities through customer engagements. Your performance will be measured by utilization and the customers' successful adoption, usage, and recommendation of our products. You will actively and regularly meet with and present to customers, implement, and train to meet client business specifications, usually tied to a project or initiative timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their requirements and recommend optimal product and technology solutions

  • Design and develop product and technology solutions that meet clients' specifications

  • Implement, configure, and deploy solutions for enterprise clients

  • Provide training to clients to ensure their successful adoption of the solutions

  • Conduct follow-up product and technical demos/training as required

  • Identify additional product/services opportunities through customer engagements and present them to sales and account management teams

  • Participate in sales presentations as required

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure continuous improvement of your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Middle market operations or finances (Desired)

  • CPA or PCL certified 

  • Strong Payroll knowledge

  • Accounting knowledge
  • Strong technical knowledge of software systems, technology solutions, and data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth
