Job Overview
Intuit is seeking a strategic and dynamic Group Manager, Ecosystems Programs & Operations to lead partner programs, strategy and business operations for the Mailchimp business unit. This role will focus on enabling and optimizing both agency partners and technology platform partners to drive business growth and ecosystem adoption. As a key leader, you will oversee a team responsible for developing and scaling programs that support these diverse partner segments, ensuring alignment and operational excellence across all facets of Mailchimp’s partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Program Management:
- Define and drive the strategic direction for Mailchimp's partner ecosystem programs, focusing on accelerating growth through robust relationships with both agency and technology platform partners.
- Develop and operationalize comprehensive program roadmaps to support business priorities, from initial strategy to tactical execution.
- Lead key initiatives across business operations, partner management, and ecosystem strategy, ensuring alignment with Intuit’s broader business objectives.
- Manage program operations for partner success, including onboarding, enablement, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate closely with partner relationship teams to identify and pursue new growth opportunities that strengthen Mailchimp’s position in the ecosystem.
Strategy & Business Operations:
- Drive operational efficiency and performance measurement for the business, partnering with analytics and finance teams to establish metrics and track success.
- Oversee operational cadence and communications across leadership teams, ensuring transparency on key priorities, goals, and deliverables.
- Implement processes, systems, and tools to streamline program execution and improve cross-functional collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Mailchimp's marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders to influence ecosystem strategy and set direction for key programs, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or ecosystem strategy within a high-growth technology company.
- Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to drive strategy, execute on complex programs, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing and developing scalable programs for diverse partner segments, particularly agency and technology platform partners.
- Expertise in operational strategy, process optimization, and program delivery with a focus on impact and scalability.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills with experience working across executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing, SaaS business models, and the Mailchimp product suite.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $177,500 - $240,500, Bay Area California $184,000 - 249,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
