Job Overview

The Group Manager, Strategic Account Management at Intuit is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of Mid-Market Account Managers. This position focuses on driving revenue growth and ecosystem adoption of the QuickBooks Online Platform through relationship management and consultative selling techniques. The role emphasizes the importance of understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, while also contributing to strategic planning and team development.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Managers and Front Line Sales Leaders to grow and defend multiple segments of Mid-Market customers.

  • Drive revenue growth through improved relationships and customer retention.

  • Achieve assigned measures of success and quarterly stretch goals as well as Annual KPIs.

  • Contribute to and execute strategic and tactical plans through the assigned sales team.

  • Drive higher revenue, productivity, and margin performance in line with corporate objectives.

  • Provide leadership and development opportunities to attract and retain top talent.

  • Communicate business performance, progress, challenges, and needs to stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of quota carrying technology/solution sales experience.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years in sales leadership/manager roles.

  • Proven track record of developing strategies and executing through teams.

  • Experience working closely with marketing and partner channels to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

  • Strong sales acumen and leadership skills to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Ability to leverage data for decision making and operational improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B software growth businesses.

  • History of boundaryless leadership and collaboration.

  • Strong executive presence for effective presentations.
