We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Technology Solutions to join our growing Lifecycle Marketing Operations team. In this role, you’ll seek to define and create best-in-class solutions to automate, optimize, and accelerate owned-channel marketing, leveraging an in-depth understanding of the complexities of omnichannel B2B, B2C, and B2B2C marketing and the technology and data that powers it. You will understand the needs and vision of the business, and empathize with the customer experience, working closely with Lifecycle Marketing and other MarOps teams to identify and deliver the best technology solutions to fulfill those needs. You will be a thought leader and SME in owned-channel MarTech, sharing your knowledge to mature and grow others.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Lifecycle Marketing plans to data and tech requirements, and execute these plans within the technology platforms
  • Serve as expert advisor & SME for Lifecycle Marketing to ensure strategy and plans are fully leveraging the functionality of our marketing tech stack
  • Partner closely with Operations, Analytics, GTM, Engineering, and agency teams to define and deliver elegant, scalable solutions to complex cross-platform scenarios for Lifecycle Marketing
  • Identify and deliver new capabilities to improve the customer experience and drive automation and efficiency gains for marketing operations
  • Build customer experiences for the future by leveraging the latest in AI and automation to unlock hyper-personalization across channels
  • Identify and deliver on technology opportunities for Lifecycle Marketing campaigns, from lead management through to retention and loyalty efforts
  • Partner with Sales Operations to define, deliver and optimize marketing solutions for lead capture, scoring, and lifecycle management
  • Partner with Acquisition team to identify and implement solutions for cross-channel marketing efforts spanning web, paid and social/earned channels
  • Support Campaign Operations team with segmentation, audience definitions and data solutions to power Lifecycle Marketing campaigns
  • Understand the end-to-end production process and identify opportunities to solve for gaps and pain points
  • Subject-matter expert on industry trends and emerging technologies, playing a key role in onboarding new marketing technology with an eye on continually improving Mailchimp’s owned-channel marketing and performance

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience within marketing technology and operations, people management experience is highly valuable
  • You have an expert-level knowledge of multiple MAPs (Eloqua/Marketo/Braze/etc) and CDPs (Segment/Adobe/etc), and experience across a broad range of martech / data solutions and tools. Eloqua, Segment, and AEP experience is highly valued.
  • You are highly technical, with a working knowledge of SQL, JS, Velocity/AmpScript/etc, HTML/CSS and other common martech coding languages
  • You are a hands-on builder and lead by example, taking extreme ownership of your domain and outcomes, and leveraging your extensive knowledge in the martech space to make an impact within the organization
  • You are extremely confident leveraging marketing data, and associated structures and systems, to define / measure / improve marketing solutions and processes
  • You have strong collaboration skills and ability to align efforts across multiple departments and cross-functional teams
  • You are self-motivated to uncover and drive forward opportunities to continuously improve processes and solutions
  • You can clearly communicate technical details to non-technical audiences, and are confident presenting a case and gaining buy-in from leadership
  • You are a “lifelong learner”, quickly adapting to new systems and processes, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and rapidly-evolving environment

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $147,500 - $200,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
