Job Overview
As a leader in email marketing solutions, Mailchimp is looking to expand its global footprint by focusing on the mid-market segment. We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager who is proficient in crafting and executing strategies that drive the acquisition of mid-market prospects globally. The successful candidate will be able to manage and analyze large prospect data sets to align our marketing efforts across global regions to ensure effective and cohesive campaigns.
Responsibilities
● Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies focused on acquiring mid-market prospects in key global markets.● Collaborate closely with sales, product, web and paid media teams to enable sales success and enhance the efficiency of marketing campaigns.● Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns (including paid social, programmatic, search, email, content, and event marketing) tailored to the specific behaviors and needs of mid-market businesses in global markets.● Unify and analyze disparate data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns continuously for better performance.● Manage lead generation processes to ensure that qualified leads are converted into sales opportunities, enhancing the customer journey from initial contact to closed deal.● Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing spend.● Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to keep Mailchimp positioned as a leader in the market.● Report key results and insights regularly to senior management, providing informed recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.● At least 4-5 years of proven experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on mid-market segments in a global context.● Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.● Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo and Outreach.● Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.● Ability to manage and analyze large data sets utilizing SQL and Big Query ● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.● Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.● Data driven creative thinker with the ability to identify insights for scaled opportunities.
