Job Overview

Opportunity to join Intuit's Trust & safety group and help power prosperity around the world

Innovate, develop and manage strategies and policies around content moderation in leading applications with millions of users

Manage high scale projects while using the most advanced analytical tools

Responsibilities

Taking ownership over content moderation policy & strategy for Mailchimp, lead high scale projects that include a tight collaboration with global teams (Analytics ,Product, Data engineering, AI/ML, R&D, Compliance)
Responsible for establishing policies & constant optimization while getting sound decisions that balance risk, user experience and financial performance
Become the go-to person for anything and everything regarding content moderation, its use cases, and supporting data

Qualifications

6+ years of experience doing a quantitative analysis, among them, min 2 years of experience in e-commerce, payments or financial services - Mandatory
Rich experience in SQL, specifically on your current role
BA/BS in Industrial engineering/Economics/Accounting/Similar field- Advantage or equivalent relevant experience
Background in content moderation / community - Advantage
Able to express your thoughts and ideas in a fluent and clear manner
Able to lead a project, independently and with quick decision making
Problem solver, able to take a problem and slice & dice it getting to its core and then propose relevant solutions
Proactive, strong “can do” approach
Team player with great interpersonal skills
