Job Overview
SMBs and Mid-Market businesses have trusted the QuickBooks Desktop product for a long time. They trust it for its robust functionality and the experience of an integrated suite for Financial Management Solution, Workforce Solution, Payments, Advance Inventory Management etc all in one place. It is a multi-billion dollar product line which continues to grow year on year while also creating a path for customers to move to our online offerings of QBO and IES as they become ready. The Director of Product Management and Design for QBDT & Mid-Market capabilities, will focus on the key areas of Quickbooks Desktop, Mid-Market capabilities like Role Based Access, QBO Client App etc and lead the PM and Design team to deliver the end to end product experiences in these areas for our Desktop and Mid-Market customers.
Responsibilities
Core Role Accountabilities: This role will be accountable for:● Define and deliver a strategy and roadmap for the Quickbooks Desktop Product Suite.● Define and deliver on strategy and roadmap for mid-market capabilities for the entire quickbooks ecosystem - like Role Based Access, User Management, QBO client app.● Develop and deliver on the smooth transition path for the Desktop customers as they become ready to move to the Online offering.● Deliver the input goals of Revenue, CES and PRS associated with the product and product experiences.● Attract, Develop and Manage the talent for the world-class product team of PMs and Designers, nourishing the craft of the team members - also carry out thoughtful transition of resources to managed services wherever applicable. This executive will be a team builder, team player, and a leader who will also be an active member to the PM and Design community at the site.
Qualifications
You need to have around 15 years of experience leading impactful and large product teams. To be effective in this role, the Director of Product & Design will have the personal drive and enthusiasm to successfully navigate a growing company in an evolving marketplace.
